Eva Rybková
Senior Advisor
Eva Rybková is a public affairs and communication professional with over 20 years of experience advising political, non-profit and private clients. Eva has worked on communication strategy and managed advocacy projects for the European Parliament, EUROPEUM – Institute for European Policy, and Open Society Foundations in both the EU and Eastern Partnership countries. Her earlier professional experience includes journalism and media policy research.
She holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
Jan Rauch
Senior Advisor
Jan Rauch holds a degree in numerical mathematics from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University where he also completed his doctoral studies. In 1987 he defended his thesis on the subject of mathematical logic at the Institute of Mathematics of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences.
He gained experience in both basic and applied research while working at the Czech Technical University’s Institute of Civil Engineering and the Motor Vehicle Research Institute in Prague. In 1993 he joined the Department of Information and Knowledge Engineering at the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he became a professor of informatics in 2011. His teaching and research focus on data science. He specialises in mechanizing hypothesis formation and observational calculi.
Ladislava Fialová
Senior Advisor
Ladislava is the founder and CEO of ALTRO Management Consultants with 25 years worth of experience in the field of HR consulting. She began her profesional career in an international FMCG company as a human resources specialist. Her further positions involved working as a consultant and senior consultant in two international HR consulting companies. She is an active mentor in a number of societies and associations.
Ladislava holds a master’s degree in psychology from The Faculty of Arts of Charles University, Prague.
